Abstract

The paper based electronics were prepared using PEDOT:PSS:PVA:Metal salts ionic liquid. The latter has
been investigated by several characteristics such as pH, conductivity, molar conductivity, activation energy,
and degree of dissociation. These results have veri fied that pH greatly influences the device structure as it
directly affects the cellulose structure. The electrical conductivity is increased and the molar conductivity is
decreased. The cellulose paper was immersed in the ionic liquids with concentrations 1, 2, 3, and 4mg/ml for
each type of metal salt and the results revealed that CuCl2 has the best performance among other metal salts
with higher conductivity and less resistivity among other ionic liquids.
