Article Processing Charge

Effective 1 January 2026, the Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission will be as follows:

• For local (Iraqi) authors:
  300,000 IQD per manuscript.
  An initial payment of 100,000 IQD is required upon submission for plagiarism screening and Phase I processing.
  The remaining 100,000 IQD is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript.

• For non-Iraqi authors:
  100 USD, or the equivalent amount in Iraqi Dinars at the time of payment.
